That is why Therefore has facilitated hundreds of introductory meetings between our job seekers and companies to bridge the access gap and humanize the hiring process. We've proven the positive impact of implementing an unbiased hiring process that is predicated on human connection and community.


The tech industry is at the forefront of innovation, yet in so many ways, reinforces patterns of exclusion. For job seekers of color, finding and getting in front of the companies that are doing the work is a challenge as public statements about diversity efforts can seem inauthentic and disconnected from the candidate experience.
